I started Noelte Technologies because I kept seeing the same thing: small businesses paying enterprise prices for basic work, or getting nothing at all because they were "too small" for most agencies.
I am a college student in Lake County, Illinois. I build websites, set up IT systems, run marketing, and handle security for local businesses. No team of 50 people. No fancy office. Just me, doing the work, picking up the phone, and charging prices that make sense.
